ACDP Council urges anyone who attends the meeting to consider joining ACDP. Non-chairs welcome (Vice-chairs, Assistant Chairs, etc.). Member Chairs who are unable to attend may send a representative to the meeting at the member price.

NOTE: A $50 charge will be assessed for all cancellations.
          Cancellations will not be accepted after November 15.

Cancellation Policy
24-hour cancellation policy
    Within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee of 1 night's room revenue will be charged with the exception of a personal or medical emergency where verification can be provided.
