GRAND PAPAGAYO DISCOUNTED RATES FOR ACDP 2006 MEETING
Note:  The extended group rates will be honored 3 days before and three days after the event.

Doubles: $140 per person per night (all inclusive price)
Singles: $196 per person per night (all inclusive price)
Child price:
   Ages 3 to 11: $44 per person per night (all inclusive price)
   Under 3: Children are free

*The maximum occupancy for each room is 2 adults and 1 child.  Families exceeding this will need to be in two adjoining rooms.

Royal Club Luxury: $182 per person based on double occupancy per night

                                   $483 per person based on single occupancy per night

Hotel Reservations

VERY IMPORTANT: NOTE RESTRICTIONS below. ACDP is not responsible if you do not read and abide by the restrictions below

Restrictions: Full payment for vacation packages is due at time of reservation through credit card, bank transfer or cashier’s check.  If ACDP member cancels reservation 60 days or more prior to 1st day of travel, they will be refunded 75% of purchase price (30 days = 50%, 15 days = 25%, less than
15 days = no refund).  Once a vacation is confirmed and paid for, Costa Rican Vacations will charge a $50 service charge for MINOR changes made to the itinerary by client. There is no penalty for adding to itineraries but the charge does apply for subtracting days. CRV will not be held responsible for those passengers arriving without the correct Passport and Visa requirements to enter Costa Rica.

Tipping:
Bell Service: For group events, the hotel asks that each guest pay $3 for bell boy service upon arrival and departure
Cleaning service: The hotel asks that each room tip the cleaning service $1.50 per room per day

Airport Information

Members should plan to fly into Daniel Oduber International Airport (Liberia Airport) in Costa Rica. The hotel is 35 minutes from the Airport.

Car rentals are available at the Liberia airport as well as transport services.
